We’re looking for a Telesales Representative who’s hungry to build a real sales career — someone who picks up the phone with confidence, pushes through objections, and genuinely enjoys closing deals. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to introduce eDariba’s e-invoicing and tax compliance solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads, identify pain points, and guide prospects through each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support long-term conversion.
  • Log all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline updates accurately in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback from the market and help refine the pitch.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Telesales or B2B Sales — pure sales experience is required (customer service backgrounds will not be considered).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid experience working with CRM systems on a daily basis — this is non-negotiable.
  • Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to handle objections and close confidently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Giza residents or those commuting to Smart Village, Giza are strongly preferred.
