Media Producer – Video Editor

eDariba is a fast-growing FinTech platform redefining how Egyptian businesses handle e-invoicing and tax compliance. Backed by Ensoulify — an Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation company — our content is how we show up in the market, and we’re looking for someone who takes that seriously.

We’re hiring a Media Producer & Video Editor to join our creative team. You’ll have real ownership over the content you produce, work across social media, campaigns, and product storytelling, and grow your skills inside a team that moves fast and actually cares about quality.

• Design scroll-stopping visuals for social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Shoot, direct, and produce video content for campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling.
• Edit professional Reels and Shorts optimised for platform trends and high retention.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative visual concepts aligned with campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand, on-time, and on-target.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up production workflows and enhance output quality.
• Maintain an organised library of assets, templates, and project files.

• Solid working knowledge of video editing and design tools — Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, Figma, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar) — this is a strong differentiator.
• A portfolio that shows range: at least one strong Reel or Short, and at least one branded graphic design project.
• A sharp creative eye with strong attention to detail in typography, colour, and motion.
• Proactive attitude — you bring ideas to the table, not just execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines without compromising quality.
• Prior experience in a startup, agency, or content production environment is a plus — but not required.
