eDariba is a SaaS platform helping Egyptian businesses automate e-invoicing and stay compliant with the Egyptian Tax Authority. Built within Ensoulify — an Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation company — we’re generating consistent inbound traffic. The problem we need you to solve is converting more of it.

We’re looking for a Freelance CRO Specialist with a proven SaaS track record to own our Visit-to-Signup funnel end to end. You’ll have full access to our analytics stack, session recordings, and landing page infrastructure. Your job is to find what’s breaking, fix it, and prove it with data.

No hand-holding. No vague briefs. Just a real funnel, real traffic, and real ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Audit the full user journey from first click to completed signup — mapping drop-off points, friction sources, and conversion leaks at each stage.
  • Analyse user behaviour using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and session recordings to build a prioritised backlog of optimisation opportunities.
  • Design, launch, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, CTAs, headlines, and form flows.
  • Rewrite or restructure sales copy, page layouts, and on-page elements based on data — not assumptions.
  • Track and report on core CRO metrics: Visit-to-Signup CVR, CPA, bounce rate, scroll depth, and funnel step completion rates.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports after each test cycle — what was tested, what moved the needle, and what’s next.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with the product and marketing teams to align experiments with active campaigns and product releases.

Requirements

  • Proven CRO experience specifically on SaaS or B2B platforms — with measurable conversion improvements to show for it.
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4, Microsoft Clarity (or Hotjar/FullStory equivalent), and at least one A/B testing tool (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or custom implementation).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, cognitive biases, and persuasive copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Jobs-to-be-Done).
  • Ability to interpret quantitative data and qualitative session recordings together — not in isolation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written communication skills — your reports need to be as clear as your tests.
  • Portfolio must include a minimum of 3 case studies demonstrating a measurable CVR lift for a SaaS or B2B client, with before/after data.
